Dreams update is now available for Android 15 Pixel phones, as the Google has just rolled out this new update via the Google Play Store for Pixel phones on Android 15.
Now, using Dreams app, a new Home Controls screensaver will be introduced for Pixel devices by Android 15.

In 2023, “Dreams” was first introduced by Google for the Pixel Tablet, used to power the Hub Mode screensavers, that includes Weather Frog, full-screen clocks, and Google Photos.
A “Home Controls” screensaver has now been introduced by Google with Android 15 for Pixel phones that is nothing but the Home Controls UI which is available from your lock screen or the Quick Settings Tile.
As Dreams apps was added to phones, users can now find new Home Controls screensaver on their Pixel phones by going to Settings app > Display & touch > Screen saver alongside the legacy Clock, Colors, and Photos.

Previously, Google had updated Dreams app only for Pixel tablets, but this time over the past days, “Dreams update (version 2024.09.09.672896649.2)” has been released by Google which is now available for Android 15 Pixel phones as well.
Also, when your phone is charging on the Pixel Stand, the Dreams app will now power the Google Photos slideshow as well on your phone, showing the option-
“Select albums for your photo frame, Create an auto-updating album of people by selecting family and friends”, which means that users can create slideshow of photos from Google Photos album, and the photos will be displayed even when user’s phone is locked and on the Pixel Stand.
