Android 15 has been started rolling out to supported Pixel devices by Google. Some Pixel users stated that they already have gotten the update of Android 15, but it has not been received by the mass number of people. So, the mass roll out of Android 15 would take place later this week.

Google Pixel 6
Google Pixel 6 Pro
Google Pixel 6a
Google Pixel 7
Google Pixel 7 Pro
Google Pixel 7a
Google Pixel Fold
Google Pixel Tablet
Google Pixel 9
Google Pixel 9 Pro XL
Two more models that are- Pixel 9 Pro and Pixel 9 Pro Fold not on the list, but for sure receive an update of Android 15. These two models expected to release in August 22 but landed later on September 9, still did not launch with the new update, instead launch with the Android 14 only.
Android 15 is going to bring lots of new features, hosts of improvement and updates to its devices. It will also bring upgraded security features to ensure better privacy and security for Android devices, which you can read here.

Some of the highlights of Android 15 consists of a more efficient AV1 software decoder (dav1d), better PDF handling and superior font rendering, plus experimental support for ANGLE (Almost Native Graphics Layer Engine).
New update of Android that is Android 15 allow users to free up space of their device by archiving apps. Users can also get an option of creating private space in their device for keeping sensitive apps under an extra layer of authentication. Also, for certain workloads apps will be allowed to pick power efficiency over performance by new APIs.
Other than these, many more are there like- richer widget previews, picture-in-picture improvements, better Do Not Disturb rules, dedicated support for cover displays on foldables, satellite connectivity, improvements to NFC and Wallet, plus a huge improvement to large screen multitasking.
