Google Play Store could soon bring fixed header which would be placed on app listings, and will help in making the Install button a permanent part of the app listing.
What is the need of fixed Header in Google Play Store?
To protect users on the Play Store app developers, it is advised to app developers who list their apps in Play Store to provide detailed and rich app listings to give the user as much information as possible before a download.
However, this listing becomes too long, the more users scroll to read about the app, the more potential customers the developer would lose , because the “install button” get out of the sight, and users would find it easier to navigate away from the app listing than to scroll back to the top of the listing for the Install button.

Thus, to resolve this problem and making it easier for a user to install the app after checking out all the details and consequently improve conversion for developers who have to work a lot for detailed and rich app listing, Google has decided to bring “fixed header”.
What are the benefits of fixed Header?
Fixed Header will make the Install button a permanent part of the app listing. The Header will contain a lot of important things like- several key app details, such as the app icon and name, the developer name, its Play Store average rating, and whether it contains ads.
There will also an install button to quickly install the app on the device for which you are viewing the listing. This header remains visible and accessible at all times.
The header will also stay in the place of app updates where some of the details are not mentioned, though the Update button remains visible and accessible at all times, irrespective of your scroll position.
