The HyperOS 2 release date has been announced by Xiaomi which will take place this month in November with more devices getting it in December.
Earlier, an update roadmap of HyperOS 2 was revealed only for the Chinese market but now the company has released a global roadmap for its update.
A global HyperOS 2 roadmap has been announced by Xiaomi co-founder and CEO Lei Jun on Twitter in which it is mentioned that Xiaomi devices will start getting the new software in November or December.
HyperOS 2 release date with eligible devices:
Xiaomi is rolling out its new OS update in phases. The first phase begins in November, starting with flagship devices, and then more devices getting it in December.

To boost performance and enhance user experience, HyperOS 2 is introduced with AI-powered features and significant upgrades.
AI Tools:
Several AI-powered features are included in the new OS update of Xiaomi that are-
AI-generated wallpapers for Dynamic Lock screens to fulfill users’ preferences.
Using Mi Canvas app sketches can be transformed into digital paintings on Xiaomi tablets. AI writing tools help in refining texts for a polished finish.
Also, AI-backed security features are there in new updates that will detect scam calls and alert users, and identify deepfake videos.
Hypercore:
Hypercore, a revamped system kernel designed, has been embedded by Xiaomi to optimize over 25,000 scenarios, and system performance will be improved by reducing CPU idle time by 19% with the help of Hypercore.
HyperConnect for Cross-Device Sync:
HyperConnect feature is also included in the HyperOS 2 that increases and enhances the connectivity between Xiaomi devices and Apple products. With the help of this feature, users can easily send files from a Xiaomi device to an iPad, iPhone, or MacBook, as well as they can mirror their phone screen on a MacBook.
