Microsoft Outlook is now getting new AI-theme feature that allow users to personalize their theme using generative AI, as announced by Microsoft.
Users having Copilot Pro consumer subscription and business accounts with Copilot enabled will get a chance of using AI-powered themes. Ai-themes are available on iOS, Android, Windows, Mac, and the web.
New AI-generated themes of Outlook:
With new feature of Microsoft Outlook users can now create AI-powered themes based on their personal preference.
With Themes by Copilot, over 100 locations inspired theme can be built or theme based on users location can be created by them. And, users can decide whether the theme get updated every few hours, each day, weekly or monthly.
Also, the generated theme can be viewed in a realistic, oil painting, or cartoon style as per users choice.
New AI-generated themes can be accessed by users via Outlook’s Appearance Settings.
In one of the blog posts, Microsoft had written that “If you’ve enabled location permissions in Outlook, the My Location theme will bring you imagery uniquely inspired by your locale, dynamically updating for you as you head out the door on a trip or vacation”.

Microsoft and Google, both companies have been working to bring AI-powered features to their email services. Outlook users now get an option to become more creative, as Gmail does not currently offer AI themes.
- New AI-powered features of Paint and Notepad:
New AI-powered features to Notepad and Paint has been announced by Microsoft for Window Insiders.
With the help of new AI-powered feature of Notepad, Window Insiders are getting an access of “Rewrite tool”. The tool help users in rephrasing sentences, adjusting tone, and modifying the length of their content writing in notepad. Isn’t it very helpful?
Talking about the Paint section, new AI-powered tools are introduced for Window Insiders that will help them in AI image editing, make edits and additions using text prompts, and provide an option of removing unwanted objects from their artwork.
For now, the two new features have been rolling out by Microsoft in preview on Windows 11 in the U.S., France, the U.K., Canada, Italy, and Germany.
