Redmi K80 Pro has finally been launched by Redmi with a Snapdragon 8 Elite processor, along with the Redmi K80 and Redmi K80 Pro Champion Edition.
The model launched with a price starting at CNY3,700 ( $510/€485/₹43,200) which makes it an affordable choice for one of the best chips.

The model has a dual-finish glass unibody design for a premium look with ultra-narrow 1.9mm bezels that make it 21% thinner than its predecessor. For improved durability, the model has Xiaomi Dragon Crystal Glass 2.0.
The Redmi K80 Pro is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite processor, which is built on a 3nm process, offering a 45% CPU and 44% GPU performance boost, and it runs on Xiaomi’s HyperOS 2.
It features a 6.67-inch TCL M9 OLED 2K flat display with a refresh rate of 120 Hz and supports a 3200×1440 resolution with a peak brightness of 3200 nits.
The model also features a dedicated D1 gaming chip, LPDDR5X memory, UFS 4.0 storage, and Rage Engine 4.0 for dynamic frequency scaling.
For game lovers, this can be a good option as it supports ultra-resolution and ultra-frame gaming with upgraded dual-loop 3D ice-sealed cooling, ensuring smooth and consistent performance during intensive gameplay.
Talking about the rear camera, it has a 50MP floating telephoto lens (Samsung S5KJN5) that supports 2.5x optical zoom, 5x lossless zoom, 20x digital zoom, and macro mode for intricate close-ups.
The selfie camera of the model is equipped with 20 MP for clear selfie pictures.
The model supports a 6000mAh powerful battery with 120W wired fast charging and 50W wireless charging.

Other specs of the Redmi K80 Pro include an ultrasonic fingerprint sensor, IP68 water and dust resistance, and has Surge T1S signal enhancement chip, equipping support for 19 5G bands for robust connectivity.
Redmi K80 Pro Snapdragon 8 Elite processor phone is a Xiaomi’s flagship phone that is worth of money, as with such affordable price it’s offering almost everything a flagship premium phone has.
Redmi K80 Pro Price and availability:
The available colors of Redmi K80 Pro are Snow Rock White, Mountain Green, and Midnight Black. There are four different configurations of the model with different price ranges.
- 12GB+256GB: 3,699 yuan ($511)
- 12GB+512GB: 3,999 yuan ($553)
- 16GB+512GB: 4,299 yuan ($594)
- 16GB+1TB: 4,799 yuan ($663)
For now, the model is available in China, and users can find it on Xiaomi’s online site.
Redmi K80 Pro Special Edition:
Redmi K80 Pro Special Edition has also been launched along with K80 Pro. The design of the model is inspired by the “Lamborghini Huracán GT3 EVO2,” with Lamborghini branding and Y-shaped lines on the rear panel, reflecting its racing DNA.
The special edition has a 16GB+1TB configuration along with customized accessories, including a charger, data cable, shield-shaped SIM ejector tool, protective case, and user manual.
For its premium and exclusive look, it has a custom theme and wallpapers option.
It is available in two color options—dark grey and green—and is priced at 4,999 yuan ($691).
