Amazefit has released its new Amazfit Active 2 AI-powered fitness watch which responds to voice commands like Alexa. Also, it has a redesigned heart rate sensor.
The company unveiled This new smartwatch at the CES 2025 tech conference. And the price of the watch is under $100, making it one of the best cheap smartwatches in 2025.

The new Amazfit Active 2 AI-powered smartwatch is now available for pre-order in the US. The smartwatch will be available globally in February.
The new smartwatch makes its debut with the price starting at $99.99 in the US (around £80 / AU$160) for the standard version. The standard version features a red silicone strap.
The premium version of the watch will cost $129.99 (£105 / AU$208). It features both silicone and leather straps.

The most impressive feature of the newly launched Amazefit smartwatch is that users will see AI-powered voice assistants for the first time in such a cheap watch.
The Amazfit Active 2 smartwatch features a stainless steel body. It comes in a round, 1.32-inch AMOLED display with a peak brightness of 2,000 nits.
The company claims that the battery of the watch lasts up to 10 days. It is longer than the battery life of the Apple Watch Series 10 or Google Pixel Watch 3 smartwatches.
This new smartwatch is capable of picking up more biometric signals, as the watch includes Amazfit’s latest dual-LED 5PD biosensor. More biometric signals help in better accuracy.
Also, Amazfit Active 2 has a barometer for altitude measurements, an accelerometer, a gyroscope for recognizing sleep and movement, an ambient light sensor to improve the display under different light conditions, and support for additional sports like skiing.
Altogether these features make over 160 sports modes in this super-cheap smartwatch.
With the integration of Zepp Coach, the watch offers personalized training and running plans, and a daily Readiness score summarizes mental and physical recovery to its users.
Also, users get an option to tap into offline maps with turn-by-turn directions. Users can follow offline maps on-screen via the built-in speaker or with connected Bluetooth headphones.
Users will get two options- the standard version of the watch and the premium one.
