Elon Musk-owned xAI has unveiled a new Grok 3 AI chatbot. Elon Musk claims that it is the Smartest AI on Earth and named it a “scary smart” AI chatbot. The latest model can offer 10 times the computational resources as compared to its predecessor.
The motto of Elon Musk is to compete with all giant chatbots like OpenAI’s ChatGPT, Chinese DeepSeek, and others, and this is what the Grok 3 AI is about. During the World Governments Summit video call, Musk said, “Grok 3 has very powerful reasoning capabilities, so in the tests that we’ve done thus far, Grok 3 is outperforming anything that’s been released that we’re aware of, so that’s a good sign.”
It clearly says that the tech market is going to have the smartest AI chatbot of all. This is why Elon Musk has termed its latest AI model, Grok 3, as “scary smart”.

It is expected that the model will run on xAI’s Colossus supercomputer. Reportedly, xAI’s Colossus supercomputer uses over 100,000 Nvidia GPU hours to train AI models.
Also, it is said by Elon Musk that they are working on a voice interaction feature so that users can enjoy a conversational experience. They aim to make an AI chatbot to which users can talk just like it would be a person.
Availability of Grok 3 AI chatbot:
Grok 3 is rolling out to Premium Plus subscribers on X, starting from 18th February 2025. As the update is released, to explore all the advanced features, users need to update their X app.
Also, a separate subscription called ‘Super Grok’ is launching for dedicated fans who want the most advanced capabilities and earliest access to new features. This separate subscription will be available for both the Grok app and the new website, grok.com.”
For a more polished version, users might need to wait for a week, but improvements will be seen every day.
Users will get the best conversational experience with Grok 3’s voice interaction feature, where they can talk to an AI chatbot like a human. This feature will also take a week, as said by Elon Musk.
