Samsung’s August update 2024 is rolling out for Galaxy devices. As Samsung releases security features for its galaxy devices every month, so as in August. It generally offers bugs fixing in its update, as Samsung doesn’t always bring new features in its update.
What’s new in Samsung’s August update 2024?
August update has brought one big new feature to deliver to its users. Google’s ‘Circle to Search’ feature has been expanded to several Samsung Galaxy devices like- Galaxy A devices as well as the Galaxy Tab S9 FEand Tab S9 FE+
Also, number of security fixes has been done in August update, as there was one security fix which was related to memory corruption marked as ‘Critical’. Other security fixes can be checked at Samsung mobile security.
The very first software update for Samsung devices- Galaxy Z Fold 6 and Flip 6 has been marked by August update.

Users can easily install August update on their phone by checking for update options on their device.
For doing so, users can go to Settings > Software update > Download and install.
The update might be continuing to roll out for more Galaxy devices over time, but as company releases updates every month, so in September monthly patch will be started to many devices.
