Google Gemini to Pixel Buds is coming soon as it has been confirmed by Google that all Pixel Buds will receive an update in which they will get access to the Gemini LLM.
Google has sent an e-mail to Pixel Buds owner, explaining in detail that how this new update will work forward. In future, “Hey Google” activation phrase will simply control the default AI on your Android devices.
**Now on your Android devices, the ’Hey Google’ and Voice Match setting will control whether you can use “Hey Google” on your Assistant-enabled headphones. You can turn on “Hey Google” from Assistant setting and take the advantage of hands-free experience on your headphone just with your voice.
This change will make it easy for you to access Gemini to your Pixel Buds, Pixel Buds A-series, or Pixel Buds Pro, just by setting Gemini as your default digital assistant on your Android phone, as earlier only older version of Pixel Buds were able to access Google assistant.
As stated by Google that when you use Gemini over the Google Assistant on their Pixel Buds, some “features may work differently”.
