Samsung Galaxy Ring has finally launched in India by the company Samsung on October 16, 2024, priced at INR 38,999.
The launch happened just after the months of international unveiling. The company even released its own official unboxing of the device.
Galaxy Ring comes in three colors- Titanium Black, Titanium Silver, and Titanium Gold. Users can also purchase it for INR 1,625/month with 24 months No Cost EMI through Samsung Finance+, Bajaj Finance, or with any leading bank cards. And, if users purchase it till October 18, 2024, they will get a free gift of ‘25W travel adapter’.
The Ring is available in nine different sizes, so you can choose perfect fit for yourself among different nine sizes. And, if you are not sure about your size, then first get a sizing kit from Samsung to figure out what your best fit is.
Specs and features of Samsung Galaxy Ring:
- The design of the ring is concave with the sides tapering into the middle. There is a layer of epoxy resin where all of the health tracking sensors, batteries, and charging pins are hidden.
- Galaxy Ring is IP68 rated and 10ATM waterproof so users don’t need to worry while wearing it, they can wear it all time, in any weather conditions and even during swimming.
- The size of the smallest Ring is 5 with dimension 7.0 mm x 2.6 mm and weighs just 2.3 grams while the biggest one is of size 13 weighs 3 grams.
- The Ring get paired with Bluetooth LE 5.4 and is capable of working with any Android phones which run Android 11 or later together with Samsung Galaxy Wearable app.
- To get access of health and activity data, users don’t need to purchase any additional subscriptions.
- The Galaxy Ring is able to track all your heart metric which includes heart rate via its optical PPG sensor and skin temperature thanks to the built-in sensor. It is also efficient in sleep tracking which track features like an active sleep score with snoring analysis and additional metrics like movement during sleep, sleep latency, heart and respiratory rate.
